My name is Brianna Fava, and I am a graduate student at the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP), a clinical psychology doctoral program (Ph.D.) at Alliant International University in San Francisco. I am recruiting participants for a research project on complementary and alternative medicine and psychological well-being in persons living with fibromyalgia syndrome and who are 18 + years of age. Participants must be 18+ years of age and have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia syndrome. Your participation consists of filling out an online questionnaire that will take approximately 25 minutes or less to complete. You do not provide your name. Your answers will be anonymous, meaning no identifying information will be asked of you. Participation is voluntary, and you may stop participating at any time. You can stop or withdraw from the study at any time. Your participation will help make this study a significant one.
